Susan has been involved in the real estate auction business since 2007 and is licensed in both Pennsylvania (since 2007) and New Jersey (since 2010). She provides project management and customer service prior to, during, and after auction day. Susan has executed special marketing projects to increase the auction company’s visibility. This includes: researching advertising techniques and performing cost, product, and placement comparisons. She has also assisted in the development of collateral/marketing materials and prospect proposals, which includes writing, editing, designing, and proofreading. Susan is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a BS in Business and a minor in Pre-Law. She also earned her Interior Design Certificate from Temple University and is a Licensed Notary in Pennsylvania. Susan volunteers at a Pennsylvania animal rescue and is NAUI certified in Scuba Diving. Prior to working in the real estate auction industry, Susan worked at a Business Computer Consulting company.
