Bob Dann, CAI

Bob has been in the auction business since 2004, specializing in Real Estate Auctions and Competitive Bid Marketing Services. He has represented farm owners, bankers, estates, courts, government agencies, and property owners in the sale of their residential and commercial real estate. Bob is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a BS in Marketing, the Missouri Auction School, and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and New York. Bob is active in various professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers (NJSSA), National Realtors Association (NAR), Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association (PAA), and National Auctioneers Association (NAA) where he currently serves as an ambassador. Bob has raised money for multiple charities including Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Bethany Adoption Agency, Boy Scouts of America, Special Olympics, The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and Operation Shoebox.
