Since starting his career in the real estate auction business in 2004, Mr. Dann has specialized in representing farm owners, bankers, estates, courts, government agencies, and property owners in the sale of residential and commercial real estate. Bob is a distinguished alumnus of the Missouri Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). He holds licenses as a real estate broker and auctioneer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida, and as a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York.
