Terms: A 10% Buyer's Premium is applied to each item purchased plus a 3% convivence fee. Payment by debit or credit card only. All items are sold as-is where-is. All bidders are required to register for a bidder number in order to bid in this online only auction. Bidders are required to provide a credit card number at the time of registration which will be charged for all winning bids at the conclusion of the auction.
SALES TAX: No sales tax on any item.
This auction enables an auto-extend feature at 3 minute intervals in the case of competitive bidding in the last 3 minutes of the auction. This prohibits all sniping software and activity. It is necessary to constantly refresh your browser during the last few minutes of the sale so that you are aware of any lot time extensions, as well as during the time extensions as they will continue to extend in 3 minute intervals until competitive bidding ends.
It is recommended that customers use the maximum bid option to avoid confusion at the close of the sale. If two customers place the same maximum amount, the computer will automatically take the first one placed.
Once the auction closing time goes into effect the items close out in a 5 item per minute sequential interval unless there is active bidding within the final 3 minutes of the auction and the auto-extended feature is activated. Please take this into consideration while bidding.
Merchandise pick-up/removal: Monday, April 14, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
*** This pick-up time is scheduled prior to the auction opening so that you are able to make arrangements to remove your purchases during that time. These times are non-negotiable. You are responsible for bringing packing materials, labor and vehicles necessary to remove items purchased. You, or anyone picking up for you, must bring a copy of the paid invoice, via printed copy or on a phone, with you to remove your items. NO REFUNDS will be given should items purchased fail to be picked up during the designated pick-up time. Any items left after pick-up will be considered abandoned unless AUCTION COMPANY is notified. ***
